Welcome to Go Global. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Shanghai Hengyang Enterprise Management Consulting Service Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service, paying particular attention to any limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and governing-law provisions. By registering for or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. The Service
- The Service includes the Go Global website, iOS and Android apps, and WeChat Mini Program, offering overseas-expansion consulting, cross-border ride booking, compliance and legal assistance, and related features.
- Certain features may be provided by our partners; in such cases the relevant service provider will be identified.
- We may add, modify, or discontinue features as the business evolves. Where changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
2. Account Registration and Use
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must keep your account credentials and verification codes confidential and must not transfer, lend, or share your account with others.
- If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately and take steps such as changing your password or bound phone number.
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of public order, morality, or the rights of any third party.
3. Orders and Payment
- Once you place and pay for an order through the Service, the contract is deemed formed and both parties shall perform according to its terms.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers such as WeChat Pay and Alipay; the payment relationship is governed by your separate agreement with the provider.
- Refund and change-of-booking rules follow the specific terms you accept at the time of order. For disputes, contact our customer support.
4. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, obscene, violent, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Service for money laundering, illegal cash-out, pyramid schemes, illegal fundraising, or other illicit activities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or circumvent any security measures we have put in place.
- Scrape, copy, or resell any content or data of the Service without our prior written authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the web pages, app interfaces, text, images, audio/video, logos, and related content of the Service belong to us or the respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties as to the availability, timeliness, accuracy, or results of the Service.
- We are not liable for service disruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service interruptions, or your own actions.
- The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services; those third parties are solely responsible for their content.
7. Modifications and Termination
- We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced prominently and in advance.
- If you do not agree with the revisions, you should stop using the Service; continued use will constitute acceptance.
- If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, we may suspend or terminate your access and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
- You may request account closure and terminate this agreement at any time; the self-service entry points and submission channels for each platform are set out in the “Your Rights” section of the Privacy Policy. We will verify your identity and process the request as required by law.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court at our location (Baoshan District, Shanghai).
